RENA joins PLC 2.0

Excited to be part of the second Panel Level Consortium (PLC 2.0) by Fraunhofer IZM.
In the project 17 international companies teamed up to establish an innovative approach to panel level packaging. This new consortium continues the industry-oriented research of the PLC 1.0 with special focus on ultra-fineline routing. Further information at Fraunhofer IZM​​​​​​​
