Girls’ Day at RENA: Young Talents Explore Future Opportunities in Technology

At this year’s nationwide Girls’ Day, RENA once again welcomed numerous students and offered them exciting insights into technical careers. The aim of the day was to provide young women with hands-on experience and showcase the wide range of opportunities in future-oriented industries.

Throughout the program, participants explored various fields, particularly industrial mechanics and IT careers. Through personal discussions and practical sessions, it became clear how diverse, innovative, and high-demand these professions are - and how essential young talent is for their continued development.

Girls’ Day proved to be a valuable opportunity to gain first impressions and deepen personal interests. RENA was delighted by the participants’ motivation, curiosity, and engagement, and would like to thank them for their active involvement. Initiatives like this play a key role in early career orientation and in inspiring the next generation for technical professions.

As a company operating in precisely these future-focused technology sectors, RENA is a global leader in wet chemical surface treatment. With innovative solutions, the company continuously sets new standards and defines the state of the art in modern wet processing equipment. Its systems, including advanced wet benches, are primarily used in semiconductor manufacturing, supporting key processes in wafer production such as cleaning and etching.

In addition, RENA develops and manufactures high-performance, flexible equipment for industries such as semiconductors, medical technology, renewable energy, and glass. With multiple production sites, innovation centers worldwide, and thousands of installed systems, the company stands for quality, efficiency, and technological excellence. An international team of engineers and service experts continuously works to optimize processes and deliver long-term solutions for achieving perfect surface quality.
