Whether new contacts or long-standing partners – we extend our heartfelt thanks for the many fascinating discussions and valuable insights we were able to gather over the four days of the trade fair. The interactions at our booth once again showed us how important dialogue, trust, and mutual inspiration are in a dynamic industry like semiconductors. These conversations provide us with essential impulses for future developments in the field of semiconductor wet processing.

Technology Highlights at a Glance

This year, we presented an overview of our entire portfolio of wet process solutions – developed to meet the highest quality standards in modern semiconductor manufacturing:

• Flexible single-wafer solutions for 8"–12"
• Modular batch and bridge systems for efficient etching, cleaning, and drying
• Innovative SiC wet etching technologies that set new standards
• Scalable platforms for 150–300 mm wafers made from a wide variety of materials

All systems share the same goal: to enable maximum process stability, fab efficiency, and automation in the semiconductor industry.

Two Special Trade Fair Highlights at the RENA Booth

This year, two special presentation features drew great interest from visitors:
A transparent display that impressively visualized our new Vanguard system – modern, clear, and attention-grabbing. And an illuminated miniature model that made single-wafer technology tangible. Vanguard is a fully automated single-wafer system for wet chemical cleaning, rinsing, etching, and drying of 300 mm wafers.

Both highlights offered our visitors an exciting, intuitive way to experience our technology from a fresh perspective.

A Successful Conclusion

SEMICON Europa 2025 once again demonstrated the immense innovative power, enthusiasm, and dynamism within the semiconductor industry. Above all, the personal encounters made our trade fair appearance truly special.
