SEMICON Taiwan 2026
At SEMICON Taiwan, held from September 2–4, 2026, RENA Technologies focused on wet chemical processes for Through-Glass Vias (TGVs) and cavity processing. At Booth N1067 at TaiNEX 1 in Taipei, the emphasis was on glass processing and the requirements for manufacturing glass interposers.
The RENA BatchGlass P3 highlighted alkaline glass processing for TGV applications with particularly low taper angles. The fully automated system processes glass core substrates up to 510 x 515 mm, combining wet chemical processes with high-performance cleaning and drying. The system is designed for high throughput, uniform process results and optimized chemical consumption.
FOUP-to-FOUP processing and GEM300 MES functionality support integration into existing manufacturing environments. With its modular design, the BatchGlass P3 can be adapted to different production requirements, from pilot lines to high-volume manufacturing.
Another focus was the Revolution+. The system offers versatile batch immersion processes on a small footprint, complementing the portfolio for a range of wet processing requirements.
